Michael A. Kurzer, CPA |
MICHAEL A. KURZER, CPA,
was graduated from The School of Management of Syracuse University in 1987.
He worked in the audit department of J H. Cohn and Company before joining
our firm in 1989. Along with his background in auditing and taxation, Michael
has experience in non-profit accounting and business consulting. He is a
member of our Personal Financial Planning Department. Michael has been a
member of the Young CPA's Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified
Public Accountants. He was a governors representative for the Rotary District
#7490 and has also served as president, vice president, treasurer, secretary
and a member of the Board of Directors of the Clifton Rotary Club. He is
a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the
American institute of Certified Public Accountants. Michael has been involved

 Kenneth S. Kurzer, CPA |
KENNETH S. KURZER, CPA,earned
his BBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA, in 1988. Ken
joined our firm in 1990 after working as a senior accountant in the audit
department at Arthur Andersen and Co. in New York City. He also has considerable
experience in tax planning on both the corporate and individual level. Additionally,
he has extensive background in business consulting, planning and cost cutting
for closely held companies. He works with a wide range of companies in many
different industries including manufacturing, graphic design, wholesale
and retail sales. He is the past treasurer of the Paterson Rotary Club and
a Paul Harris Fellow. Ken is currently a member of the New Jersey Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. Kenneth has been involved with many successful business

MICHAEL H. KURZER, CPA,
was graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989. He joined our firm
in 1991 after working for Amper, Politziner and Mattia, CPA's. In addition
to his experience in financial statement preparation, corporate and individual
tax planning, and business consulting, Michael is in charge of our Computer
Consulting Department which specializes in the installation of small business
accounting systems. Michael is a member of both the New Jersey Society of
Certified Public Accountants and the American institute of Certified Public
Accountants. He is a past treasurer of LeTip of West Essex and a past treasurer,
vice president, and president of the Rotary Club of Wayne. Michael has served on the Management Consulting Services Committee of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

LAWRENCE KURZER, CPA, was
graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania
in 1961. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1965 and founded
our firm in 1969. Mr. Kurzer is our financial planning, business advisory
and practice development partner. He has been a member of both the insurance
Committee and Personal Financial Planning Committee of the New Jersey Society
of Certified Public Accountants, and has also been involved with many successful

GEORGE H. LOEWENSTEIN, CPA,
semi-retired, was graduated from the Bernard Baruch School of Business of
the College of the City of New York in 1957, and has been a Certified Public
Accountant since 1963. He was a partner in the firm of Granet and Granet,
CPA's until 1975, when he founded his own firm. Mr. Loewenstein has taken
many graduate courses in taxation at Pace University and Fairleigh Dickinson
University. He has consulted in business acquisitions, sales and mergers.
He has testified in court as an expert witness on many occasions in matters
of business valuations, divorce action, loss of income and/or profits in
negligence and workman's compensation cases as well as business interruption
cases. He is vice president and past treasurer of the Passaic County Chapter
of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been a
member of both the Cooperation with the IRS and Professional Conduct Committees
of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a
member of the Tax Division of the American institute of Certified Public
Accountants. As well as being actively involved in many civic organizations,
Mr. Loewenstein is our senior tax partner and has been involved with many
